How to use:Head colds Gently massage Euky Bearub onto chest, back and throat. Repeat two or three times a day and before retiring for a more restful sleep.Coughs or colds Add 8g (two teaspoonsful) of Euky Bearub to a stable bowl of steaming hot water and inhale vapour covering head with towel.
